Comcast has undoubtedly the toughest customer support I've actually run into. I simply moved into my new home and named before we shifted to obtain web and wire support. I had been informed they have to deliver an engineer out to study (what, I actually donot understand). Below I'm 5 nights later, no-call, not really a scheduled appt. Meanwhile, my immediate friend has comcast and so I understand they protect my region. Therefore today both my spouse and that I are caught - we both work at home, I've to consider phone and do not have use of the internet. I'm so pissed...
