Damage caused by Comcast cable installe

Our criticism is approximately harm induced to my house during installing of my wire support. I caught with Comcast to set up wire support. Following a per month of runarounds, the wire was improperly mounted. This led to water harm to my master suite roof. I've invested more than 5 weeks and much more than 30 hours looking to get touching somebody who may help me to stay this state. A repetition from Comcast found my home and decided the harm was caused by the installment, but wouldn’t assist me simply because they had employed a subcontractor to complete the job.

The subcontractor wouldn’t negotiate the situation, and so I attempted numerous occasions to obtain in contact with Comcast. Each time I named customer support, I had been informed that the boss might return to me within 72 hours. They never did.

LASTLY, Comcast’s Insurer, Liberety Shared, employed a completely independent appraiser, PDA, to come quickly to my home and critique the harm. The impartial appraiser decided the harm was caused by the installation. Though Liberty Good and Comcast concur that the harm was the brought on by the installation which the specialist has been uncommon, they'll not negotiate my state. They claim I should negotiate using their subcontractor, FTS.

I never caught with FTS and believe Comcast must negotiate my state after which gather from their subcontractor. Today I've to consider them to small-claims judge to obtain pleasure.

That is terrible customer support!!!
