Equipment never received

I terminated my bill with Comcast in September and that I am today receiving calls from debt collectors informing me that I've gear to come back. I never received any gear within the first-place! The fundamental wire support was supplied through my condo complex so all I'd to complete was connect my regular wire towards the wall. NO GEAR! And undoubtedly this problem couldn't be solved within the telephone. I will need to get into among their practices to stand-in an extended point to keep in touch with some individual who will most likely tell me once more that I have to return my gear. This is actually the reason I didn't understand this support again in my own home. Comcast is undoubtedly the toughest organization I Have ever been associated with, ACTUALLY!
