A complete rip off USA Nationwide

I purchased a Dell computer, top of the line, about 6 months ago. What a rip off! I had problems from the first day — the computer locked up on an average of 7 times a day while I was trying to run a business. I contacted technical support constantly and they couldn't seem to help. As for the rebate —forget it! I still haven't received mine. I've sent the required documentation and they always have something else I need to send. I've spent hours and hours on the telephone and sending emails but to no avail. I have finally given up. My time isn't worth the hassle. I have a business to run. Is your time worth it?

The problems with my computer finally became so bad that I decided I'd send the computer back. When I called to find out the procedure I was told to go ahead and send it back but I'd have to pay full price for the computer anyway. I've never believed in paying something for nothing so I didn't send it back.

The last time I contacted technical support I was on the phone for approximately 3 hours with them. They still couldn't figure out why my system was always going down. Fortunately, I had someone in my office installing a networking system at the time. He finally told me to hang up the phone and in about 5 minutes he was able to fix the problem. According to him there was a problem with the programming. Why didn't Dell know this and why would they sell computers with faulty programming? I can't get away with providing bad service, bad support, or faulty products in my business. My clients and my ethics won't allow it. Why doesn't Dell have a problem with it?

Just to make it clear, I will never — never — never recommend a Dell to anyone. Not even my worst enemy! No one deserves that kind of torture! I'm just sorry no one warned me!
