Company raises prices without notices. When you complain, they tell you to go to another company. They are a monopoly there are no other companies. Concord

Time Warner "contractors" or employees were working on cables. I heard a pop and told them that they had damaged my box outside. After reinstalling IE, downloading more spyware, etc. Signing a service contract, I learned that they had blown the modem and it took two months for it to finally die.

The rude "contractor" who came as a result to service call center in Costa Rica was rude. Without my permission, he started making changes to my computer without asking first if he could touch it.in additional he told me I could take my business elsewhere. Time Warner locked the City of Concord (and those crooks) into an agreement and you cannot get any other cable service in this area!!! So much for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights!

Six months ago, I moved from one TW service area to another and was assured that I had another year at the rate that I had, they doubled the prices.

This bunch of crooks are stealing from poor people and especially those who are handicapped and unable to get around!

I have lost one week's work because of the problem this week, and have lost hours and hours. When I called to complain about the tech, I was told to provide my invoices. I told the little twit, my bank balance was enough evidence.

To make matters worse, I received a sheet of paper with 8 columns on the back and front "explaining" terms and conditions. Whoever wrote that does not even know what they wrote!!!

AT & T where are you when I need you???!!!
