Billed me for a year after i cancelled their service, and will not return my money / National

I cancelled services with america online a year ago.in the mean time I have been caring for sick relatives and did not scrutinise my bank statement as I should have, however I never imagined that what they did to me was even possible because it is so blatantly illegal. I initially signed up for aol with a visa debit card. I decided to go over the past years bank account, and to my surprise aol has been billing me 23.90 a month this entire time. When I called to complain I was left on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. I hung up, and went to my bank to file a complaint, and change all of my information. This happened yesterday.

Today i called again and actually spoke with people, but I was dissatisfied. They confirmed that I cancelled service on the date I claimed, but said they will only give me 90 days back payment. That doesn't even come close to what they owe me. I was then transferred to their cancellation dept. There I was given a cancellation confirmation number. I asked for them to send me a copy of my information. The representative became angry and hung up on me. I'm furious. If an individual person had done this, they would be arrested and charged with fraud. Why does aol feel they are not accountable? And why refuse to send my information? Because they know they're caught! I just filed a complaint with the fcc. When I found this out numerous stories about aol came out, but no one wants to do anything about it. Please come foreward if you have had even a few dollars stolen from you by aol. My gut is screaming scam, and it must be stopped. They owe me 262.90. Small change to some, but not to me. Someone help please!
