Miscellaneous

I signed up for a 1 year subscription to WorldVitalRecords in early May. It was a mistake from the beginning as it was less useful than FamilySearch.org (free service) and Ancestry.com (paid service). I changed my Visa Debit Card during the year after Bank of America notified my of fraudulent charges. WorldVitalRecords sent me an email on May 15 notifying me that my subscription was cancelled as they were unable to bill for another year's subscription without a new credit/debit card. They also made 4 hang-up calls in the early mornings of the past week (I work graveyard shift). I just now saw on my BofA online statement that I have been charged $119.99 on my new Visa Debit Card for another year of this worthless service. I have NO IDEA how they got the new Visa card number, but it shows up now on the WorldVitalRecords account info. I NEVER gave them the information and, in fact, made certain that they did not have any current charge/debit card information as I did not want to be billed. I will be calling Bank of America as soon as they open; I want them to tell me how my new card information was made available as I find it very concerning.
