Customer Service Sucks. Promised refunds are not refunded Florida

I called AOL on Jan 26 to cancel my account. When I did that they offered me 2 months free and a refund of the $23.90 they had charged to my credit card. Later I received an e-mail from AOL confirming the service. I called them back because I didn't get my refund. The Rep insisted that I keep this horrible service, after I told him to cancel it about 14 times. Then he got rude and told me that I was not getting the refund, he was the manager and just flat out NO! Needless to say I was totally pissed at this point.

If there was ever a better reason to cancel their service it is because of their terrible customer service. They have no respect for their customers. Then they try to offer you free service for a month or two to compensate for their lack of customer service skills.

I have been with AOL for a year and may have considered using them again in the future. But, because of their customer service, I will never use AOL again. I will never recommend them to anyone.
