Won this website at Flippa.com, used Paypal to pay $1,100, seller did to transfer and ignored my emails Internet

Purchased http://www.Adultmedia. Me at a Flippa.com auction in November.

Paid using Paypal for the sum of $1,100 to the seller.

After my trip I discussed with the seller on reselling it as I found the business unsuitable.

Seller did not transfer website name, files and rights to me and ignored me.

I looked up Paypal and found that the 60 day holding period had lapsed and the seller probably knew that.

Blasted 2 of the sellers emails for many days to ask for answers but was met with complete silence.
