Amazon.com, my fashion corner returned the items but never received a refund. No product and no refund. Company won't give a refund

I made a purchase online, and I returned the items the way the company asked. When I didn't receive my refund in time, I starting contacting the company, first they refund my money and then took it back stating that they did not get the items back. I have the proof that I returned everything plus a tracking number from the company that delivered the items, which they gave me a receipt which I still have and they are saying they can't refund my money.
This company is very shadie. I have all the proof and they still will not give me credit, or refund my money a total of 167.00. I feel they are nothing but cheaters scammer watch amazon.com they do not stand-up to there retunn policy, they just want to keep your money and the product this is what happen to me.
