Purchased product online through Amazon.com Aug. 2. Product was Colonetix-Premium Colon Cleansing Formula. Tried product for 1 week. It has opposite effect, does not work at all. Tried to contact company through Amazon.com but they stalled for weeks and did not answer. Then when they did they gave a 1-888 phone # to call to get a refund. Called the number, that company was Telestar and they said they could not help. Kept emailing through Amazon return for refund. Finally they replied and said they can only give 50% refund if bottles have been opened. This company is a ripoff. I replied to them "Why should I pay 50% for something that does not work?"
