I returned items for refund around December 14. I have called this company repeatedly and have received excuses. I'm asking if at all possible someone could please look into this matter. I did what was asked of me when purchasing these items and would appreciate a refund being that i returned the purchase as instructed. I'm an 80 year old widow on a fixed income and need my money returned. Thank you in advanced for any help given in this matter. Lucy Hershel
