Fraudulent Monthly charges to my credit card

I purchased plants from Flowers Plants online. I settled with charge card for that blossoms and product. They began receiving me account charge for incentive plan that used to do not purchase. About the charge card I noticed the term Blossom, considering we've looked in the Blossom Store. Used to do not spot the regular costs until this season after I chose to do my fees myself. Evidently, I've been billed for this incentive plan that used to do not really learn about since September after I requested the blossoms.

I've required my charge card organization to start a fraud investigation. I've improved my card, and approached the organization to instantly stop the account and return my income. A boss was suppose to contact me, but didn't.

I noticed online that lots of others were patients of the exact same scam/con in the same organization when I am.
