Purchased 3-year guarantee. Camera became inoperable. Named guarantee company. Stated they'd change camera. Waited required 14 business days. No camera. Named numerous occasions equally to Abeis and guarantee organization. Today discovered design no further created. Have all contacts and components. No body gets back again to me. Therefore discouraged. Might have great rates, but poor customer support. Quit holing the carrier! Suggest likely to little camera shop to purchase gear
