Ripoff con artist fake ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Salt Lake City

I bought computer form Overstock.com on July 18, they said it was shipped out the next day so i thought i would have it in a couple of days. What they didn't say was that it sits in there turck outside there werehouse untill they get enough orders to send to Fed X.

Well i was wrong it took a week to get it and then i checked there web site and they had lowered the price by $130.00. I had not recived the computer yet.

I called them and they said there was nothing they could do about it, but try thire best price guarantee.

That didn't work either it had been longer that 5 days so no money back. I said i would return it and the buy it at the cheaper price.

They said that would be a mistake that they charge 15% to restock it so it would cost you more to do that. They also put on the shipping invoice "Satifaction Guaranteed" Now isn't that a joke!!!

I told them i would not recommend them to anyone and i would not order from them again. And thier responce to that was "we are sorry to hear that" but we do have some great deals to offer you.

Overstock is such a rip off as i have read on Rip off report. I should have came here first before buying from Overstock.com
