Trouble ordering

This company seriously needs to get its act together. It forces people to sign up for service before giving complete info, doesn't update their system regarding orders, and loses people on their convoluted system. One department says I already have an order at my address, and another department says I don't. Obviously you don't need my business with this type of service. Don't even deal with high tech product when you can't get your computer system functional.
