Comcast-Monroeville Pennsylvania. No Service Phone/Internet 8 Weeks

Over the passed 8 weeks only aprox: 30% service received. Phone and Internet packets of information being lost, confirmed by a third party computer service. Comcast agrees but in 15 calls to them they have issues, problems or just mostly BS. Cannot fix the problem and'or to lazy (your guest) however it can be traced which they haven't done now or 8 weeks. The last Tech sent out on 5-21-10 said the wiring used by one of there tech. For my computer modem should have been replaced and agreed the guy was lazy and didn't do his job. He changed it out, then said he would return on Sat 5-22-10 to replace the wrong parts for the TV's that other tech's put on, he never showed up. I called him on Sun. 5-23-10 to inform him same problem with no phone service and Internet frezzing up again. No return call, Called Again 5-25-10, left him another message which his cell was on he just didn't answer the call, which he never returned the call AGAIN. I filed complaints with FCC and State Consumer Office in Pa. Their inside tech people tested system and said it has packets of information being lost, but they cannot follow thru and fix the problem. Companies like this need others in the game where-as it forces them to provide fair service for all at a fair price, they just rip=off the consumer. Note one thing they do get right - Send a bill every month never miss a beat. One of the worse monoplies in Pa. Also to let people know they look out for the easy way to do everything - 90% of the time it's wrong, but being a monoply they can get away with screwing the consumer in Pa. Just try to stay in business today providing Poor or no service and getting paid for it.
