I bought a fairly vanilla computer from them. My computer suffered from repeated BSOD's
After sending in two e-mails with the error messages and asking for help with no replies I spent hours and two days on the telephone before I finally talked to someone.

I removed half the memory module at a time and thought I had diagnosed the problem as two of the memory modules. I spent more time on hold and received a "RMA Number" and sent them in. Cyberpower informed me that one of them was broken in transit and that it was my fault and they would not replace it.

My computer since then has started suffering from BSOD's again with them memory I though was good and I asked if I could return the computer and get my money back. They said no it was past the thirty days even though I started working with them on the original problem before the thirty days was over.

Their computers stink and their tech support is even worse.
A friend bought a computer from them a week before me and his problems have been worse, at least mine will run for a day or two before the BSOD.
