Ripoff dishonest liars fraudulent billing

I cancelled membership in December then my credit card was charged 2 months later for product never receive.

1st time I called I was told membership cancelled, no shipment sent and my card was not charged. I faxed them my credit card statement with the charge on it, and then they changed their story - never received cancellation, shipment has been sent and will not credit my account.

They continue to argue with me and I just want them to cancel my membership. I am faxing them everyday asking them to cancel my membership and credit my visa. Hopefully they will get sick of the daily faxes.
