False credit card charges as I have no access to their site. Ripoff

Last year, I put in my credit card to consumerinfo.com to print out my free credit report. I did not get the complete list of collection agencies - I got nothing out of it. Then I cancelled the membership the very same day.

Little did I know this company kept charging my credit card account up until now I am MAXED OUT thanks to consumerinfo.com!

Today, I contacted their 888 number and good enough they still have my account active and I had to REcancel my membership. Of course, they refuse to give me my money back. My credit card company cannot put money back into my account at this time.

I am going to watch my next credit card billing cycle to see if they kept on charging me.

GAWSH!!! STAY THE HECK AWAY from "free" and false ads that "guarantee" satisfaction!!!
