Continued to BILL my PayPal account without authorization

In January I made a 1 time purchase for $1.99 for a time waster game Hidden Expedition ®: Amazon.in order to download the game you had to open an account, The game downloaded and installed without any problem.

Then today I noticed on my PAYPAL account another charge from BIGFISH TOTALLY UNAUTHORIZED by me, I then checked and found another 1 in February.

I have filed a dispute with paypal and will get my money back, but how the heck can they get away with charging my paypal account without my autorization???

I will have to consider closing my PAYPAL ACCOUNT as it is OBVIOUSLY not as safe as I thought, EVEN WITH THE PAYPAL KEY GENERATOR which only I have access to.
