Permanently restricted my account for something I could not control

I bought a game from someone on a trading forum. I paid them with Paypal. The next day, I got an email from Paypal saying my account was permanently restricted because of a "Gambling related transaction". I called them, and their reason for it was that I sent a payment to someone, and they were gambling. I had nothing to do with the seller gambling. I had no control over how they spent the money I gave them for the game, and I had no idea what they were going to do with it. Paypal also restricted my father's account just because I live with him and the think I broke their rules. I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC as well as calling and emailing Paypal multiple times, but they refuse to restore my account even though I did nothing wrong.
