I got screwed by this company too, and its not like you got something for nothing. There price was only like ten dollars less than amazon. And I really like what they say on there web site here's a quote;

application and product key supplied to the End User. Should you find that the software aplication and/or product key malfunction in any way, we will supply a replacement software application and/or product key at no extra cost to the End User.
