Wastes time to install and does not work as stated

I found the Roxio Creator 10 product one of the most confusion products to use and concluded that the software design was not well thought out or designed. I am not sure who designed this software, but I have been in the software industry for almost 30 years and and can say I have never seen a software application like it. I am afraid I would ask everyone who had a part in this product to turn in their resignations. The screens are not logical, icons should also have words to explain them, software and functions are hit and miss, and I was almost to the point of throwing the software out except for the fact that I want my money refunded.
