One star is way too many for this company. I didn't even get service yet and experiencing so many problems which just made me want to forget about them and go with a different provider. They told me they would call 15 minutes before they came to the house to install the cable and gave me three different time slots - so the day of the installation schedule I had no idea when they were coming. I woke up at 8am and walked accross the street to get a coffee, by the time I got back comcast was there and gone. I called them back and they told me it's my fault for leaving the house. I tried to explain my situation and they said well if I didn't leave this would never have happened. I was so furious I demanded to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor asked me if I just wanted to cancel. What kind of business is this? When they have a problem they just ask to cancel you? They don't care at all about their customers, so I'm going to a company where I can at least be valued and at least get service. I shouldn't have to fight so much to pay money to a company.
