Compacq they dont have my computer solution

I bought computer in may and now my computer is not work propaly i call hp help support 10 times and they dont have solution they told me you need new mother bord and they said you have to paid for shipping i said i don't want to paid for shipping because my computer is in under warranty why i have to paid for shopping. I told them if you have repair center i can bring to them. And they don't have repair center. And they said we can do notting.

So where i have to go? And how about my money?
