Refused to honor warranty

My company bought a computer from these people last year, with a one year warranty. The computer failed 2/1/08, within the warranty period. I took it in for repair, and the counter person took one look at it and said I had bought that computer used, so the warranty had expired (90 days for used equipment, he said).

This company built the computer for us. I picked out the tower I wanted, the hard drive, etc. And they put it together for me. Now they are claiming I bought it USED, so they will not have to honor the warranty. I ended up spending over $200 elsewhere to have this computer fixed.
