Has a terrible billing system

Last year, despite a coupon for a free year's of hosting I started gettting billed monthly. This year they started billing me monthly for what was supposed to be set up as an annual account. Then it took hours to get them to credit me the monthly charges and bill me for an annual charge.instead of fixing it, they ended up billing me twice for the annual fee. I finally, after tons of trouble tickets and phone calls, get the credits I was due. But they refuse to pay my credit card interest for their screw up. I highly recommend you stay away from them.
