Showtime On Demand Channel disappeared and customer service could not add it back in even though all the codes are now correct. Another home visit is needed and I have already waited around for TWO DAYS. Umpteen phone calls, 2 NO SHOWS, LIES, double talk, runaround and AGGRRAVATION! The only real resolution for this issue is a real to the minute, timely (not another 8 days) appt for a tech visit and some sort of compensation to try and make up for this company's abominable treatment and the waste of my precious time!
