Pricing terms not honest. They charge me $7 for the 1st month and than increase it to $10. Would not allow me to get a 1 yr rate

I started the service with a 25% discount on a $9.95 rate the 1st month. I thought if the service was good I could renew in the 2nd month at very much reduced rate for 3yrs.

I tried to get a multi year rate after the end of the 1st. I was told that they would not give me a the multi year rate. I had to select that when I first started the service.

I felt that this was very unfair. So I cancelled by account. Unfortunately I paid $25 by paypal and am now having problem getting a refund. According to their website I should get a full refund if I cancel within 45 days. Which I did.

I can not get an answer about my refund. BTW I was able to get a new hosting service for 3 year at a price less 30% of Hostgator quote to me on 1 year plan.
