Got Game Entertainment is the only website that I have had a problem with in fifteen years of web use and program down loading

Got Game Enjoyment may be the only site that I've had an issue with-in fifteen years of internet use and plan down-loading. Support is inefective and unresponsive. No telephone support can be obtained. After down-load, the service key/sequential number provided won't trigger plan to be used. I required a great service key and non was supplied within the specified two workday period of time. No actual remedial action was supplied. I required that my consideration be returned the price of the ordered program. It appears like a fraud in my experience.
