Mortgage specialist in the this Department mentioned he'd this program I needed. He required common files necessary for the mortgage. All files required were supplied. Mortgage officer then claims the files supplied weren't adequate to accept the mortgage. I expected for details but he declined to conform. I provided options or recommendations but he was uncooperative. I expected to get a conventional notice of refusal however it never came. Another well-known bank could qualify me on the basis of the same files supplied to Accept however the additional bank didn't possess the plan required. It seems to become baitandswitch or cherry-pick the simplest loans to complete after which switch away everyone. Another chance was mortgage specialist was mistaken about getting the plan but couldn't be truthful about his error. Plenty of statements here-but small material or efficiency in the bank.
