HD converter box—only 2 mos old—not working. Simple solution would be mail me a replacement... No, can't do that; must schedule service call. Two service calls scheduled; no one calls or shows up. Third call to customer Disservice: yes, definitely sounds like we need to schedule a service call. Sorry, can't do that until your husband calls because it's his name on the bill.
If this is the reason the first two calls were no shows, would it have been uunreasonable to expect that they might hhave called to let me know? Meanwhile—ttwo weeks of garbled tv signal and the bill just keeps rolling along. No wonder someone has created a website: Comcastmustdie.com.
