Two Missed Service Calls for Failed HD Converter Box

HD converter box—only 2 mos old—not working. Simple solution would be mail me a replacement... No, can't do that; must schedule service call. Two service calls scheduled; no one calls or shows up. Third call to customer Disservice: yes, definitely sounds like we need to schedule a service call. Sorry, can't do that until your husband calls because it's his name on the bill.
If this is the reason the first two calls were no shows, would it have been unreasonable to expect that they might have called to let me know? Meanwhile—two weeks of garbled tv signal and the bill just keeps rolling along. No wonder someone has created a website: Comcastmustdie.com.
