Closed account, funds held 6 months, no explanation given

PayPal used me. They took all my personal information, used it, and left me in the hole. When I called to get my money, they said my account was closed and the money would stay in there for 6 months. I asked them why, and they said, "We can't discuss that." For every question I asked, they said the same thing: "We can't discuss that." I asked whether after 6 months I would get interest on my money, and they said no.

What I believe is that eBay and PayPal are one. Customers make money on eBay and put it in PayPal, so think how much that is. After a couple of months PayPal freezes the account for no reason. It takes 6 months for a customer to get his money while he waits, and PayPal invests the money. I spoke to an attorney and was told they do that to raise the stock. And in court we will get a full credit with interest.

I will never use PayPal, and I advise you to do the same. Not many people have the money to take them to court, so they get away with it. Do not give them any of your personal information. I even spoke to a person who worked there in 2010, and he told me that anyone can access the information. If anyone can see my social security number, how can I trust them? PayPal is a scam.
