Cricket Wireless is not worth wasting your time and money on

Cricket Wireless isn't WORTH WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON. The broadband-speed not just hurts bg time-but their customer support is GARBAGE.

From day-one of buying a broadband card and support it did not work right and all of the store we bought it from might do was reveal to contact tech support team or visit a corporate shop. All tech support team might reveal was they had completed anything the might which we had a need to go back again to the shop we got it from. The store we first got it from would not do something and stated we'd to go towards the corporate shop. The organization shop stated they mightnot do something since none of the 3 calls we'd designed to tech-support have been recorded on our consideration which we'd to come back the unit towards the shop it had been purhased from. All we got was the run-around.

We did stop the support following a week of only problems and nothing being solved. Today we're out the activaion charge and also the $111 we taken care of the device. Calls towards the 800# got us nowhere. CRICKET HURTS

Incidentally, we visited Obvious Wreless and also the support is very good and we've no difficulties with the device whatsoever.
