I bought a broadband wireless from Cricket on the 800#. At that time, I needed to prepay one year value of support when I had financing that must be invested. I had been informed that I'd need to visit a nearby organization shop to get this done. I had been also informed that I'd obtain a bill & verification em'd in my experience that evening (6/6). I rec'd the device as guaranteed on 6/8, but no bill within the container or in my own em. I visited the organization shop today to cover the extra 11 mos of support & requested when they might produce me a bill. Their solution was no, that since I have made it happen within the telephone/online that I'd have to backtrack. I called the 800 # and was handed the client assistance point, which there's no individual to keep in touch with if you don't have #is that used to do not need in my own ownership. I subsequently found another telephone # & named it simply to be informed that I ought to visit the shop that I visited earlier because they might produce a bill. I told them I Would attempted that & that did not work. Then they described the issue will have to be increased & that somebody might react to my demand in 24-72 hours. I discussed that used to donot have that type of time & requested to talk to a boss.
