We ordered a 64GB [ Gigabyte ] USB Flash drive from SavingDirect.net. The transaction originated in Canada and was shipped from Hong Kong. We waited 3 weeks for it to arrive and it would not work correctly. The drive would not copy to the 64GB capacity and would repeated result in errors.
I emailed customerservice@savingdirect.net more than 15 times over the duration of more than 3 weeks with not 1 response. This drive is a Fake - programmed to show a 64gb capacity. I finally opened a dispute with Paypal and they did reply 1 time..." Please format the drive "... I had provided the results from my format failures in several of my previous emails... No Response, No RMA, No Refund, No Phone number, No Help. Do not ever purchase from SavingDirect.net... You have been warned!
