Subliminal Recording System Subliminal Recoder Software from Skyview Internet does not record and the features they advertise don't work

I purchased this software to make some self help subliminal recordings for myself. When I downloaded the software, I get error messages when I install it. Then when it is time to make a audio file it doesnt record, all you get is a blank file. None of the features they advertise on their site actually works.
I sent an email to the support email address, and their response was I need to buy another sound card, even though I tried this on three different computers. When I asked about some of the features not working, all they said was refer to the manual which gives basic details and does not help troubleshoot the feature.
I filed a dispute with Paypal, and of course no one from Subliminal Recorder or Skyview responds to the dispute. When I esculated it Paypal replies with this response:
You have chosen to escalate your dispute to a PayPal claim.By ending communication with the seller, you are asking PayPal to investigate the case and decide the outcome. As part of our investigation, PayPal reviewed any communication you may have had in the Resolution Center. Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund.
So thanks to PayPal's loophole this company has taken the stance it is mearly out for your money. Once they have your money you are on your own, and will not offer any assistance in resolving any problems you have if it doesnt involve you purchasing more hardware for your computer.
