Is A SCAM Company does not deliver what they promise

Well if you are here, you probably have read the other complaints. I receive about 2 to 4 visits per day, and was supposed to eceive 100. Here is a response to a complaint I sent them...

Yes, our company does a lot of business with google but we do not use the Google Analytics to see the traffic or information on the visitors to our websites. There are differences in the way that they count a visitor as
compared to our stats counter. We know this because we are always glad to look at our clients information and verify that they are receiving the traffic that they have paid for. We provide advertising to your site at a
rate of 100-200 per day unless you have requested it at a different rate.

We are aware that there are postings online from people who have not been happy with our services. This type of advertising is not for everyone. We provide mass exposure to your site in the form of a pop-up ad. Some
people purchase the campaign looking for a high volume of conversions, which we can not guarantee. We only guarantee that we will send the traffic to your site. If there are issues with our stats and the actual
hosting raw logs from your company we will gladly work with you in order to make sure that you are receiving the traffic that you have paid for.

As in any case we have always been willing to help, sometimes it is hard to give that help to the client, therefore that is what you are reading about on the web.

We have been in business for 9 years, doing the exact same thing and we do have a 35%-40% return rate for clients who return to purchase another campaign from us. This tells us that it does work for some, there again it may not work for everyone.

I requested PayPal return my money... Here is there response:

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund.

Well, I am out $150.00, I hope you don't do business with them.
