Business Ripoff Refuses to honor 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will not refund money. Belleaire Bluffs

In my opinion, the information isn't as detailed as is lead on in the website advertisement. I didn't feel that it met my satisfaction so I asked for a refund per the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee as described on the site. After four unanswered emails, I went to PayPal to for a dispute resolution.

According to PayPal,

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund.

My next step is to contact my bank and have a chargeback processed because I used a credit card.

Bottom line is this, there is good information, not great information. If you think about getting a refund like I did, good luck.
