Mr. Peckford opened the website with Franchise website owning at www.ezeebizz. After filling the form, which includes the payment option) via Paypal) you are directed to the user zone to get the Franchise web site where there was an announcement:

"This site is in Launch Sequence over the next few days, as the 6 servers are brought into service. Please Bookmark and keep this url safe, to begin your adventure in building your Million Dollar Income.
We apologise for the inconvenience."

That meant - You could not get any website from there. So - after the payment - You are getting NOTHING. And it still like that - for the third month, as You can see. But mr. Peckford is keeping to charge the account using paypal option. I did disputed about the first one hardly and get the refund. Mr. Peckford promised to take away my address from his list to cancel any contact with me and for me. BUT in a month, actually 06/06 - he did it again - charged my account, again - for NOTHING. I did disputed and asked for refund - he REFUSED to do. He was charging my account 4 times. Total amount owned - $ 38.95.
I canceled my account in PayPal only because of that. That was one and only wasy to stop the Swindler.

So, this Swindler is keeping to trick with people getting their email addres with PayPal account and charging, charging, charging - actually stealing money.

And PayPal service - they Did Not do Anything to prevent such event from him.

That tricks Have To be stopped (as minimum) and the Swindler has to be punished for not authorized access to the account.

Being rude in all contacts Mr. Peckford was answering - just unsubscribe. So he understands - what he was doing (and still is). I want to let people know about this fact to avoid such troubles.
