Received 7/14 an email for receipt of payment, charging a paypal account for $239.95 for a Motorola V3 Pink Razr Quad-Band Cell Phone.

I do not even have a paypal account. Have been receiving emails of this sort for a while, but have never seen this charging me. Did not click on "Dispute Transaction" knowing this is how they would get my info.
