Very Poor Service in termination of account

People PC has been very difficult to deal with in getting my account shut off. It took over three months to get them to cancel it... It cost me 3 additional months of charges, which I paid in full per their bill. Now I am getting harassing phone calls that I still owe them a dollar? These people are ridiculous to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone.
