People PC big in RIPOFF

Feb my son moved away, he had signed up with People PC and called to cancel service. People PC offered him a free month of service, he told them that he was no longer in need of service that he gone with internet service on his cell phone. People PC continued to bill him for services directly from his checking account. He called again to cancel service, 2 months later he called again to cancel, finally he called to say that he had to close his checking account, because they had drained it and wanted his service cancelled. End of November his checking account was closed.

December People PC began calling home for payment of account. January I started to try and get the problem fixed for him. How hard could it be? What a joke! 14 phone calls later and no resolution. Kim was the first victim, she said that they would close the account and gave me a confirmation #, this however did not close the account. There is still a balance of 38 dollars and rising because I will not give them my credit card number, so they can continue charging me. I asked for a bill in writing and that I would send payment and resolve tis issue in writing and I would pay the additional dollar for processing.

Supervisor Ruby Smeth assured me that she would personally send me a statement and close the account on Feb 29th. March 11th I recieve a phone call from Ryan of People PC informing me that they have not recieved my payment, when I informed that I had not recieved the bill, he practically called me liar. March 12 I contacted the FTC and filled a complaint. One year later and 2 months of repeated calls still nowhere. Today I called People Pc and took 17 minutes to get the mailing address.
Can't somebody do something with this?
