Won't stop billing after service cancelled 2 years ago Williamsville New York

I had internet service with these people and paid for it annually. 3months before my annual renewal was due, I called to cancel the service. I was told I had to fax in a request which I did 2 times. I called 2 times.

I starting using another Internet service provider 3 months before the new annual bill was due. After 6 months they finally cancelled the service and sent me a bill for $65.85 because it took them over 2months to cancel the service.

I have sent numerous e-mails, letters and phone calls all to no avail. Every month for the last year and half they send me a bill for $65.85 a billing error on their part. My credit is excellent. I was pay my bills ahead of when they are due. I never used one second of their service and actually paid for 3 months service I didn't use but still the nightmare continues.

These people are asleep at the wheel and in bankrupcy... Steer clear of this company... No Customer service... And no one seems to do their job no matter what you say or do.
