Xyzwarehouse Mention of confirmation email which I never received

Now Only $2.97 Shipping! Only 3 Day free trial & cancellation period. How long does it take to receive shipment of the kit? Obviously more than 3 days. Today is April 13th. I ordered on April 1st. Still no kit has arrived. April 1st was on a Thursday. On Sunday April 4th, (3rd day of so called trail & or cancellation period), I called to cancel the order and as fate would have it, there was no one there to take my call. They were closed. When I contacted them on Monday, April 5th, I spoke to a customer representative who put me on hold for more than 10 minutes, then came back on the line stating that the trial period had expired. Upon learning that $139.95 was debited from my account (I feel without my authorization) on April 7, I contacted them again on April 7th, and received the same response. The trial & cancellation period have expired and they would be unable to issue a refund.
Confirmation email: They mention a confirmation email. I never received a confirmation email. Every other internet site I have done business with sends a confirmation email along with detailed info of the transaction, such as, amount charged, and other convenient links to cancel if and when so desired.By not receiving a confirmation email, I am unable to print out any transactions, details, and proof of dates when the transaction took place. (How convenient for them). After calling & complaining a couple of times the one & only email I received from this site was on April 8 @ 7:49 P.M. (well after the 3 day free trial and cancellation period) which was from customer support. April 8 is the date I received the first correspondence from this site, a week after the transaction took place. Why didnt I receive the email right after the transaction with the username & password I needed so I could log onto the site and check out the details relative to making the cancellation decision?
