Why did you charge my acct w/o auth from me when I am not a customer of yours?

I would give Comcast a below zero rating due to their incompetetant and extremely rude customer service. I do not have an account with Comcast yet they somehow got a hold of my savigns account number and attempted to charge $602 2x. I called them and informed them that I was not their customer nor have I ever been. They told me they did not know why my account was charged and that they WOULD NOT be checking to find out why. They then proceeded to attempt to charge my account 2 additional times after I informed them they were illegally accessing my account and after I made a police report with the Lakeville Police. An officer spoke to one them named Sally. I called them several times after and was told over and over someone from the fraud department would get back to me. I have yet to hear from them. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.in response, Amelito dumbly advised me to call their legal department and then Noelle told me that they considered the matter closed. No, they did not tell me why my account was charged or why they continued to attempt to charge my account when I told them not to. So basically, yes, we charged your account and no we don't know why but we don't really care, sorry. Thanks Comcast, so glad I chose Frontier over you dummies. BTW, when I was looking for phone service, Comcast told me that I would need long distance service in order to call the 612 area code from 952. It would ONLY cost $60 a month. I pay $16 thru frontier. It goes all the way to the top too. The annoyed by my phone call chick I spoke to at their corporate office didn't care to explain either.

Answer a simple question comcast!!! Who's error was it??? Did you enter the wrong account number in or did your customer. Why didn't you stop it from going thru 2 addtl times like i asked you to? Why didn't your fraud dept ever call me back the many times i left messages?
