Charged me TWICE after cancelling & receiving a cancellation confirmation number!

This company is a joke. They give you 15 days to cancel after you order, so I called to cancel on the 15th day. They had already charged my account, though I still had that day to cancel! I argued with the guy over how many days it had been.

Though on their website it says since there is no way of knowing when I received the product, they would begin the trial period when my card is billed. My bank statement reported this was March 24. This Indian guy who can't speak English tells me it was the 21st.
Either way, I called on April 5th, which is within the trial period. He would not listen to me, and kept YELLING over me when I asked for a manager. After 10 more minutes of arguing, he transferred me.

This guy was also Indian and I could only pick up every other word. Finally, they agreed to cancel my order and he transferred me back to the first idiot.
He proceeds to give me a cancellation number and tries to revoke the charge. He says it is pending and can't go through but I can call back the next day and give them the cancellation number and they will do it then. I do so, (April 6th) and he says it is canceled on his end. I explain that the charge is still on my account and he says it will take 2 business days to go through.

I check yesterday (April 9th) and the charge is gone. I look at my account today (April 10th) and they have charged me again! They deliberately went back, after supposedly canceling my account, opening it back up and charging me again. Do not order from this company!
