I saw a TV ad for a free 30-day trial of the BodyTrim System with a "Promise" that I could cancel any time within the 30 day period and not be charged. I paid a $14.95 "delivery fee"on March 12 and received the System by receipted mail on March 20. After I found that the System was not as effective as claimed, I rang the Customer Service number on two occasions to cancel. Both times my details were taken with a promise I would receive a return call. Finally on the morning of April 11 I received a call and confirmation that my cancellation had taken effect. I have now discovered that they have debitted my credit card for $199.00 on April 9 and $29.90 on April 10. This is contrary to their stated terms of a 30 day trial period from the date of receipt of the System and, as far as I am concerned, completely fraudulent.
