Revolution Tilt Michelle Macphearsen
Crowd Mountain, Charged My Credit Card 13 days after cancellation

Education & Science

I signed up for the Crowd Mountain monthly program in which Michelle Macphearson was promoting it for a 12 day trial for $1 and then recurring billing at $47 a month once the 12 day trial was over. I paid $1 for the trial period on Sunday February 21st. On March 5 I was charged $47 for another 30 days membership for Crowd Mountain. On March 22 I cancelled my membership and received email confirmation from Revolution Tilt (Crowd Mountain parent company) that my membership had been cancelled. On April 5 I was charged again $47.

Upon learning this I contacted the support desk at Revolution Tilt to get a refund of the charge incurred for April 5 and was told via email that they had no record of any further charges being made to my credit card referencing my inquiry of the charge made on April 5. I subsequently scanned and emailed my bank statement showing the charge of $47 from Revolution Tilt. From that point on, there has been no response via email despite repeated attempts by email to contact them using the support email address. This company offers no phone support at all.
